Club Fiat Tipo

Hi everyone, I turned on uconnect live on the radio. I would like to know if this service can be activated somewhere at the Fiat / Mopar. You have no experience with that? The application tells me that the vehicle is not supported.

few years ago i talking about that with fiat technician: he said that this service must be activated not only on the vehicle but also on Fiat servers. It was a Fiat choice to not activate live services on Fiat tipo sedan opening edition plus here in Italy...
